It is a beautiful independent stone cottage, which is located on the surroundings hills of Montecatini. Set on a sunny panoramic spot, amidst full nature and in complete quietness.
The house disposes of a private swimming pool (set on earth, 7 x 3m, depth: 1.30m) which is exclusive use of the guests!
Easy access from the main road onto the 5‘000 sqm sized property, which is covered mainly by olive trees. The garden is set around the house and is completely fenced (mesh wire and hedge), equipped with a gazebo with a table, chairs, traditional brick barbeque and wood burning oven for your dining al fresco. There is a nice swimming pool on the side of the house (set on earth, 7m x 3m, depth: 1.30m) and deckchairs for your sunbathing!

The beautiful valley of Val di Nievole is set halfway between Lucca and Pistoia – ideal spot to explore all over Tuscany! Discover the cities of Florence, Pisa or Lucca or smaller cities such as Montecatini Terme well known for its therapeutic springs! There is also terrific shopping, a racetrack and a golf court!
There are small hamlets in in the immediate surroundings such as Buggiano Castello, Uzzano, Massa Cozzile (you have magnificent views from the house) where you could do wonderful strolls and taste local specialities in the restaurants!

1st floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 big bathroom with hydro massage tub, wc, bidet, basin. 1 double bedroom (walkthrough room), 1 bedroom with 1 French sized bed 1.40m, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin.
The house is very cosy – beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled and parquet tiled floors, and the walls are painted with cheerful colours. The house is very bright.
