Restored country house, located in the countryside north of Lucca and near the natural park of the Apuan Alps. It is a great place to go on foot trips along unmarked trails or mountain bikes, then climb the rocks.
The house is divided into three apartments and have a beautiful swimming pool (10m x 6m, depth 150 cm, opening 01.05-30.09) in common to the apartments. Swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, parasol and a barbecue. Each apartment has its own outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs.
Car parking outside the house.
Public telephone and various shops in the village 800 meters. Restaurant 1 km. Tennis at 4 km. Highway A11 at 18 km. Lucca 16 km. Pisa at 38 km. Florence is 89 km away. The beaches of Viareggio at 38 km.

Ground floor: entrance / dining room, kitchen with small oven and washing machine. Access to the upper floors by a spiral staircase or by a normal internal staircase, but which is in common with the other apartment.
1st floor: bathroom with bath, living room with a single sofa bed and a single bed, access to the balcony.
2nd floor: double bedroom and access to the balcony.
Furniture simple but comfortable.
