This beautiful cottage is located in quiet position on the hills at the beginning of the Garfagnana, a mountain area north of Lucca. It has been completely refurbished and converted into a cosy holiday home.
The estate stretches out 2000 sqm and has a sqm 400 garden, a veranda equipped with table, chairs, masonry barbecue, wood burning oven and a private pool (partly set in the earth, 11,80 x 4,50 m, depth 1,40/1,20 m) with slide, sun lounges, sun umbrella and external shower. Parking within the property close to the house.
Attractions

The surroundings have a lot to offer:
hiking paths, horseback riding, trekking, fishing and canoeing (around Bagni di Lucca). The impressive canyon Orrido di Botri, the cave Grotta del Vento are also worth a visit along with the small towns of Barga, Castelvecchio Pascoli and Bagni di Lucca with its spa and casino.

Living room with 1 sofa and 1 sofa-bed, SAT TV, DVD player, stereo, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washing machine. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with 1 bunk bed, exit door onto the balcony, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and bidet.
The holiday home also has a fire extinguisher, fume detector, baby bed and highchair.
The holiday home is furnished in rustic style, it has beamed ceilings and coloured walls.
