This fabulous, private estate is located in the heart of Tuscany.
The stone house and the private in-ground pool are situated in the hills, near the medieval town of Montefegatesi. There, in the piazza, you can find a grocery store, which can supply fresh food and anything else you might need.
There is also one bar/restaurant where the pizza and pasta are fantastic. The charming, ancient villa is situated in a quiet panoramic location. The owner, an artist, has his statues and fountains placed in the park surrounding the house. Beautiful secular chestnut trees surround the swimming pool. At guest’s disposal are a large furnished patio and a stone barbeque, where you can have your meals “al fresco”. Parking within the property.
Bagni di Lucca, with the famous spa, gambling casino, supermarkets and many excellent restaurants in only 10 miles away.
Pisa airport is approximately in 1 hour and 20 minutes away. The medieval, walled city of Lucca is 24 miles away. Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are all within a day’s excursion. Scattered along the fabulous countryside you can also find many quaint towns and villages.
