This stone cottage is located on one of the most beautiful hills of Lucca and disposes of breathtaking views onto the surroundings till the sea. This cottage lies in the hamlet of Petrognano which is a significant spot on the “strada del vino” (wine road), where you may find many wine factories and characteristic restaurants. The nearby Pinocchio park is a funny alterative for a change for the kids and the whole family. The house is located on the countryside, out of the city centre of Lucca, good starting point to discover the art cities of Tuscany and the mundane coast of the Versilia. Surrounded by an olive grove the house has a 3’000 sqm sized garden, set in terraces, completed fenced (fence, stone wall and hedge), ideal for families travelling with animals which are well accepted by the owners and do not have any extra charge. There is a set out of earth swimming pool (6 x 3m, depth: 1.20m) in one angle of the garden, equipped with deckchairs, a gazebo with chairs, table and barbeque. Imagine the magic of a candle light dinner tasting the atmosphere of this dream region.
