The villa is perfect for guests which would like to explore whole Tuscany – Lucca 20 km, Florence 80 km, Pisa 20 km or the wonderful beaches of the Versilia!

1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, desk, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin.
From the main entrance within a few steps downwards access to the lower floor (same height as the garden) living room with couch and upholstered chairs and exit onto the garden and swimming pool. 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, laundry room with washing machine.
