The house has been transformed into three independent apts, each with own entrance. Wonderful spot for making long walks or bike excursions in the green country and hillside, to reach easily the Tuscany art towns or to taste the typical food. Pool, purified with salt (12 x 6 m, deep 150 cm, open 01.05-30.09) w/ Gazebo, table, chairs & deckchairs and beach ombrello shared between all clients and sometimes the owner who lives in a house nearby. Behind the houses, shadow lawn for the use of clients.
