This spacious villa is located on the countryside, only 6 km from the historical centre of Lucca. An ideal choice for families travelling together! The villa disposes of a big garden, completely fenced and equipped with a table, chairs, wood burning stove, barbeque and a beautiful swimming pool with salted water, playground for children, deckchairs, sunbeds, sun-umbrellas, electric gate, private parking, bicycles which can be rented.

There is a vintage trailer in the garden, in the shade of some trees – it can be used as additional place to sleep, equipped with a little kitchenette, space to sleep and bathroom.
The owners live on the ground floor of the villa, with a complete independent access. The owners DO NOT use the garden and swimming pool and they respect to the full the privacy of their guest!

Ideal departing point to explore whole Tuscany and for activities in the surroundings!
The villa lies in the west of the city; the city is within an easy reach as also the coast of the Versilia, Pisa, Florence or the inviting paths of the Apuan Alps or the Garfagnana. There is a stable about 200m from the property!
