This beautiful stone cottage is located on the hills between Lucca and Florence within the quaint, little village of Petrognano Renovated with great care and converted into 3 cosy holiday apartments, the cottage is located at m 550 on sea level in a scenic position with wonderful views on the whole plain of Lucca, Valdinievole until the sea.
The three apartments share the use of a spacious, panoramic, in-ground pool (11 x 4,5m, depth m 1,20/1,40) equipped with sun-lounges and sun umbrella. Each apartment has its own private, entrance, outdoor space furnished with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco and parking place.
Communal laundry room with washing machine.
The apartment consists of: entrance on the ground floor, living/dining room with 1 double sofa-bed, SAT-TV, kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge/freezer. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, wc and bidet.
From the living area exit directly onto the garden with a private outdoor space equipped with a table and chairs for dining al fresco.
