The perfect choice for families with children, a quiet and sunny spot, being only 1 km from groceries and restaurants away.

The house lies only 1 km from the city centre of Pescia, where you may find stores, groceries, restaurants and bars. The area is known for its floriculture, the big flower market where also international cultivators expose.
Guests may organise trips to the nearby surroundings on foot or by bicycle – the wine road of Montecarlo lies within short distance (8 km) as also the Pinocchio Park and the beautiful Villa Garzoni with the butterfly house about 1 km.
Perfect departing point to get to Florence (about 60 km), Lucca 15km, the beaches of the Versilia (45 km), the therapeutic springs of Montecatini and the thermal spa of Monsummano and the golf court (18 wholes) and Pisa (40 km).
Interior Description
The whole house extends on the ground floor: spacious living room with couch, dining table, SAT-TV, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee brewer, coffee machine with tabs, kettle, toaster, 3 big windows – 2 are facing the garden – therefore a very bright ambiance. The garden is equipped with deckchairs, table, chairs, gazebo (on the backside) with table and chairs, traditional brick barbeque. Views onto the surrounding hills.
Night area: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin and washing machine. 1 twin bedroom (beds con be put together), 1 single bedroom (possibility of 1 additional bed), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. Unlimited WiFi access is included; there is also a highchair, baby bed and baby tub.
The swimming pool is located among the olive trees, a few steps from the house away. The private pool is at the exclusive use of the guests; half built in earth with a wooden platform (oval 7.30 x 3.75m, depth: 1.30m) equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and sun-umbrella.
Well-cared furnishings in Tuscan style. Parking within the grounds. The owners live in the nearby stone cottage; they do not use the garden and swimming pool and respect to the full the guests’ privacy.
