Cosy holiday apartment with pool that have been tastefully renovated in its every last detail, situated in an ancient and imposing farmhouse and its annex, divided into 10 units. In a dominating position (360m a.s.l.) on the top of one of the hills that characterize the Chianti landscape. This environment offers a peaceful position with magnificent views of the countryside. Access to the property over 2,3km of unpaved road, not suitable for low-riding cars. Reasonably comfortable, pleasant country style furnishings with some authentic pieces. Central heating.
Final cleaning included in the rental cost.

Ground floor: pleasant kitchen (small electric oven, freezing compartment, washing machine) with dining area, satellite TV and access to the private and equipped garden/terrace (30m²) with small barbecue. 8 stairs up: twin bedded room (one of the beds is a pullout bed) suitable for kids/teenagers, bathroom with shower.6 stairs up: large and sunny double bedroom.
