ITALY, TUSCANY, LUCCA, AMAZING VILLA FOR 20 PEOPLE

This villa is a large typical 18th century Manor villa with a private swimming pool with its own small formal park and chapel. The villa is located in a convenient location very close by the walled city of Lucca (5km), shops (3km) and the motorway exit (7.6 km). Hence it is ideal for travelers looking to explore the Tuscan region.

The large property is ideal for a group of friends looking to spend time together and fully relax. The helpful staff, who lives on the estate, is available to support their guests with cooking services from breakfast to dinner at extra cost. The house can sleep up to 20 people, there are ten bedrooms with nine bathrooms. Every bedroom has been equipped with air-conditioning and 8 of them have ensuite bathroom. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor, ideal for a family with children, do share a bathroom.
There is a large dining table under a pergola in the well-kept garden, where guests can enjoy al-fresco dining. A beautiful, large swimming pool (18x8m) was installed at a short walk from the house and it is gated hence perfect for families travelling with young children.

There is an extensive list of day trips that clients can do when staying at the villa; from relaxing on the beach of Versilia, to visiting the magnificent monuments in Florence, to enjoy some wine in one of the most renowned wineries in Tuscany or enjoying the wild and unspoiled nature in the Southern part of Tuscany, Maremma.

For smaller groups the Villa can be rented also for 12 people while for groups of more than 20 people, they can rent another villa which is on the same estate as this Villa and sleeps up to 12 guests.

Cleaning service is included 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Ground Floor:
large dining room opening via French windows both onto the front and back garden; traditional Tuscan-style kitchen; billiard room; small sitting room; laundry room; guest bathroom.

First Floor:
large living room with access to the garden via staircase; 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (shower); double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom (shower);

Second Floor:
3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (shower); 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom ( bathtub and separate shower); twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).
Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
