The villa is located on an ideal spot – guest may reach on food or by bicycle shopping possibilities as also the beautiful city centre of Lucca.

Entrance on the ground floor: living room with an “angle” couch, TV, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, bright dining room with 1 double bed settee and with big window-doors and exit onto the garden, fire-place with flaps, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, basin.
1st floor: 1 twin bedroom, 1 spacious double bedroom, 1 additional single bed and exit onto a nice terrace of about 18 sqm with views on the countryside, 1 bathroom with 2 basins, wc, bidet, tub/shower.
The furnishings are modern, big windows make a bright ambiance, joyful coloured walls.
