There is a nice swimming pool on the side of the house (set on earth, 7m x 3m, depth: 1.30m) and deckchairs for your sunbathing!

The beautiful valley of Val di Nievole is set halfway between Lucca and Pistoia – ideal spot to explore all over Tuscany! Discover the cities of Florence, Pisa or Lucca or smaller cities such as Montecatini Terme well known for its therapeutic springs! There is also terrific shopping, a racetrack and a golf court!
There are small hamlets in in the immediate surroundings such as Buggiano Castello, Uzzano, Massa Cozzile (you have magnificent views from the house) where you could do wonderful strolls and taste local specialities in the restaurants!

The house is very cosy – beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled and parquet tiled floors, and the walls are painted with cheerful colours. The house is very bright.
