Renovated with great care and converted into 3 cosy holiday apartments, the cottage is located at m 550 on sea level in a scenic position with wonderful views on the whole plain of Lucca, Valdinievole until the sea.
The three apartments share the use of a spacious, panoramic, in-ground pool (11 x 4,5m, depth m 1,20/1,40) equipped with sun-lounges and sun umbrella. Each apartment has its own private, entrance, outdoor space furnished with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco and parking place.
Communal laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms. WiFi included. Parking within the grounds.
