Two wonderful stone cottages, which are located on the hills above Pescia. Both houses dispose of a private garden, a gorgeous veranda for your dining al fresco and a stunning views onto the valley of Montecataini Terme.
The beautiful swimming pool (set in earth – 8x4m, depth: 1.50m) is at the disposal of both properties!
Guests are surrounded by untouched nature; they have breath-taking views onto the nearby hills, woods and lawns. The houses are located on an ideal spot to have a stroll or do a tour by mountain bike. There is a good restaurant and grocery in the hamlet of Malocchio, only 1 km from the house.
Both holiday homes are part of a big property (about 2 hectares) – each house disposes of its own private garden and veranda, equipped with a table, chairs and traditional brick barbeque. The whole property is completely fenced (wire mesh about 1.50m high). The beautiful swimming pool lies 50m from the other house and about 90m from this house. The swimming pool is the exclusive use of the guests and is equipped with sun-umbrellas, deckchairs, tables, chairs and two changing lockers.
Ideal choice for families with children and for guests travelling with pets (property completely fenced – dogs are welcome and for free)
Parking within the grounds, close to the two properties. Guests may pick some fruits and vegetables in the garden; the owners sell olive oil, vin santo, grappa and limoncello – all produced on the spot.
There is a big stone cottage within the grounds (about 30m from the other house away) – the owners live from time to time in this house. The last 500m leading to the property are not asphalted, not convenient for sporty cars.
